The fastest and easiest way to refer is to use our online referral form.

You may also use use our custom referral form or your own stationery.

For Urgent Appointments

If you require urgent appointment for your patients, Please forward a request on your letterhead or call our reception staff.

For Emergency Appointments

Please call our reception team or Dr Sirigiri directly on his mobile. Dr Sirigiri has instructed our reception team to always force-book any direct requests from GPs/ referrers. If you require Dr Sirigiri's mobile number, please forward a request on your practice letterhead, or call our receptionist.

For general ENT advice

Dr Sirigiri is always available to speak to you personally. Please call Dr Sirigiri directly on his mobile. He will endeavour to answer all calls from GPs/ referrers at the earliest opportunity. If you require Dr Sirigiri's mobile number, please forward a request on your practice letterhead, or call our receptionist.

If Dr Sirigiri cannot be contacted (while operating or overseas), please call our office on 0258200336 or one of Dr Sirigiri Trainee Registrars at Dubbo Base Hospital, 24 hours / 7 days a week on 68096809 – ask for the ENT Registrar.
